Trial Attorney
to join its team onsite in Atlanta. This is a rare opportunity to lead high-stakes litigation in a collaborative, high-performance environment where your impact will be immediate and meaningful. Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and bad faith claims Drive litigation strategy and manage cases from intake through resolution Serve as first-chair trial counsel in depositions, mediations, and courtroom proceedings Support business development and client relationship initiatives Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + percentage of attorney fees Retirement: 401(k) with employer match Healthcare: Employer-covered medical, dental, and vision — no premiums Time Off: Generous PTO package Qualifications:
