Manager, Team for Cures (Endurance/CYO)

Manage and grow endurance fundraising events (marathon teams, experiential events, CYO campaigns) Recruit, coach, and inspire participants and volunteers to exceed fundraising goals Develop strategic event plans, budgets, and timelines to maximize impact Secure local sponsorships and partnerships to drive revenue Analyze KPIs to refine strategy and ensure year-over-year growth About You
2.5+ years in peer-to-peer fundraising, preferably endurance sports Proven success driving revenue and exceeding event goals Skilled in volunteer engagement, sponsorship cultivation, and donor stewardship Tech-savvy with fundraising platforms (Classy, DonorDrive, Haku) and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) How To Apply
