We are seeking a highly experienced Manager to lead our 140,000 SF warehouse product for optimization and maximized capacity. We service both general cargo and e-commerce cargo. We are not handling hazardous cargoes.

Trucking & Warehouse Manager
to lead our existing Trucking and Warehouse Operations in Pooler, Georgia. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of our Trucking Team & our Warehouse Team, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize trucking and warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Job Summary

Trucking & Warehouse Manager
to lead our existing Trucking and Warehouse Operations in Pooler, Georgia. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of our Trucking Team & our Warehouse Team, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize trucking and warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day trucking & warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement trucking & warehouse procedures to improve overall performance. Monitor and analyze trucking & warehouse metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Grow the Trucking operation to meet the needs of the market. Staff Supervision
Recruit, train and supervise trucking & warehouse staff, including performance evaluations and professional development. Schedule staff to meet operational demands and ensure adequate coverage during peak times. Foster a positive and safe working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Inventory Control
Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock counts and timely replenishment. Implement processes for receiving, storing, and shipping products efficiently. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Safety and Compliance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections. Address any safety concerns promptly and effectively. Budgeting and Cost Management
Develop and manage a warehouse budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Monitor expenses and implement strategies to optimize costs. Work closely with other company divisions such as trucking, logistics, sales, and procurement to ensure seamless operations. Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers regarding inventory and shipment issues. Timely responses and resolve of all customer issues, both externally and internally. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trucking & warehouse management or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. What we offer
