Experience in maintaining and repairing LMR user radios and ancillary equipment. Proficiency in using factory tools for depot-level maintenance. Strong understanding of manufacturer specifications and repair standards. Excellent organizational skills to manage equipment removal, reinstallation, and shipping processes. Ability to meet tight deadlines and ensure repairs are completed within a five-business-day turnaround. Proficiency with Motorola ASTRO 25 systems (core, repeaters, consoles, RF sites, subscriber units) and associated software (Radio Management, CPS, Provisioning Manager). Experience performing RF testing and diagnostics using equipment such as service monitors, spectrum analyzers, and time domain reflectometers (TDRs). Familiarity with IP networking protocols and system integration for IP-based communications systems. Demonstrated knowledge of encryption key management, including AES/FIPS 140-2 standards, OTAR, and KMF operations. Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance in accordance with agency requirements. Qualifications
