We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Group Homes. Pay:

$24.64/Hr Location: Program will be relocating to Randolph, NJ within 4-6 months. Role

What’s the role of an Associate Director? Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Associate Director is to work cooperatively with the Program Director to provide quality services to the people living in the home, and to uphold the agency philosophy in carrying out the day-to-day tasks. Demonstrates excellence in all areas of the residential counselor position, including interviewing, hiring and supervising staff to maintain the highest possible quality of life for the residents. Performs administrative tasks such as scheduling staff, financial management, home management, monitoring health issues and clothing needs, and ensuring that the home meets agency and governmental standards of operation. Maintains a significant amount of written documentation and uses computer systems as required. Cooperates with the agency's administration and/or Division and DHS staff in inspections or investigations. Great Benefits

Previous experience as Program Assistant or Associate Director preferred. B.A. degree preferred in Special Education or related field or 1 year of supervisory experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Must have a driver's license valid in New Jersey and driving record in good standing. Knowledge of computer programs required. Flexibility to meet the needs of the program; schedule subject to change; On-call requirements. Must attend staff meetings. All offers of employment are contingent on the successful completion/passing of criminal background checks, references, DMV check, fingerprinting, pre-employment physical and drug test, etc. Full Time-Shift: 40 hours per week (Monday 1pm-9pm, Tuesday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 7am-3pm, Thursday 7am-3pm, Sunday 7am-3pm).
