Client Services Manager Reports To: Vice President, Sales & Marketing and Senior Vice President, Client Services Job Description: In the role of the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading new business development across all of NuEnergen’s business lines, to include those of its subsidiary, EES. You will also have client services responsibilities concerning new deals that are closed, and, at the discretion of the SVP, Client Services, for existing customer relationships. This role will involve daily engagement with prospects, partners and existing clients both in person and via phone/email. It also requires an individual who is comfortable spending approximately 60% of their time in the field, either in front of existing customers or for the purposes of new business development to assess and advance opportunities either with current clients or new entities. The Client Services Manager will be expected to understand and speak cogently on all NuEnergen/EES service lines, and work with all levels of company employees to include operations and executive leadership in support of business objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft’s Office suite, Hubspot CRM and Box cloud sharing software is necessary, as is the ability to professionally represent our firm concerning outside parties. Presence in NuEnergen’s main office will be expected for weekly team meetings and other coordination efforts, and also when field visitations are not scheduled. This role will also require a valid Driver’s License, and the successful completion of a background check. Responsibilities and Duties: Identification and closure of new business opportunities for NuEnergen in the commercial, industrial and institutional sectors within NuEnergen’s targeted geographies and in accordance with overall quotas, business strategy and objectives. Development and maintenance of close business relationships including partners, prospects, clients and vendors. Development and maintenance of sales pipeline via HubSpot CRM tool to meet sales targets outlined by VP, Sales & Marketing, to include weekly reporting and updates with respect to deal progression and stage. Assist with NuEnergen’s RFP proposal process and attendance at trade shows and other business functions as requested by leadership. Regular meetings with assigned customers (new or otherwise) as outlined by SVP, Client Services, and the composition of necessary documentation. Dialogue will include client personnel ranging from facility engineering through executive officers. Management of client relationships with respect to reporting on status of current services, addressing business needs and the identification of solutions to expand NuEnergen’s presence. This will include regular meetings and also availability for phone and email support as needed to support the customer’s daily needs. Composition of business documents including proposals, presentations, services agreements and Quarterly Business Reports to support business functions, and proficient use of cloud share software to manage and store these files. Coordination with executive leadership and internal NuEnergen personnel to ensure the composition and delivery of necessary business materials. Management and composition of services agreements and renewal contracts, and the coordination with executive leadership to deliver these offers. Compensation: Annual base pay between $75,000 – $85,000 commensurate on experience paid on a monthly basis (at the end of each month). 401K plan where NuEnergen matches 100% of your contributions up to 4% of your pay. Year-end Profit-Sharing plan into your 401K plan with annual discretionary contributions as determined by Management. Profit-sharing amounts are vested over 5 years. Medical benefits for the employee starting after the first day of employment (50% paid by company). 15 days of personal time off (PTO) per year, accrued on a monthly basis (accrued at 1.25 days per month per NuEnergen employee handbook), plus 5 days of sick leave per year (which if not used, will be paid out each Dec. 31st), plus major US holidays. Reimbursement of reasonable business expenses, including mileage for use of personal car. Commission program, paid at the end of the month following each quarter.
