Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across multiple units Conduct regular business reviews and develop performance-based action plans Direct accountability for team development, hiring, and succession planning Execute brand standards related to quality, service, speed, and cleanliness Drive local strategy in alignment with broader brand goals Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, ideally in QSR or fast-casual concepts Experience overseeing District Managers or Area Leaders Proven success managing operational KPIs including P&L, labor, and cost control Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, people-first approach Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organization Preferred Background & Skills
Previous experience with nationally recognized QSR brands Background in opening new units or overseeing growth markets Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and implement results-driven solutions A track record of improving guest satisfaction and team engagement
