Title:
Maintenance Manager (multi-site) Location:
Minneapolis, MN area In this leadership role, you’ll ensure that critical equipment and infrastructure are maintained, safe, and operating at peak efficiency. You’ll also guide a team of technicians, optimize preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to minimize downtime and support operational excellence. What You’ll Do
Design and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs for all equipment and infrastructure Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled maintenance team - 6 Techs Conduct routine facility inspections and address safety and compliance issues Partner with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and service contracts Build a parts inventory strategy to reduce downtime and support continuous operations Use data and root cause analysis to drive maintenance prevention planning Contribute to CAPEX planning and future equipment strategy Monitor budgets and manage facility-related expenses Collaborate with cross-functional departments including HR, IT, and Operations What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in maintenance/facilities leadership Expertise in OSHA standards, building codes, and compliance regulations Strong preventative maintenance background and vendor management experience Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to prioritize and solve problems HVAC certification is preferred What We Offer
