The Director of Plant Operations will be responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of plant operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives. Safety & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. Process Optimization:

Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs. Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Budget Management:

Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining product quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless operations. Performance Metrics:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements and achieve performance targets. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field. Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in operations management within the food processing industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Skills:

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of food safety regulations, quality standards, and manufacturing processes. Seniority level
