is seeking a seasoned, visionary leader to head our

Customer Engagement Marketing

function. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing enterprise-wide strategies that deepen customer relationships, drive product adoption, and deliver meaningful, compliant communications across all channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, customer-obsessed strategist with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex, regulated environment. This role requires collaboration across product, marketing, channel teams and more. If you don’t know Huntington yet, it isn’t like other banks. Customer Lifecycle & Engagement

Lead onboarding journeys for consumer and business banking customers, driving primacy, direct deposit setup, and account funding. Develop and optimize retention strategies and benefit reinforcement programs to increase customer lifetime value.

Customer Communications

Oversee all regulatory and legally required customer communications, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency. Partner with Legal, Risk, and Operations to maintain high standards of governance and auditability.

Merger & Acquisition Marketing

Serve as the enterprise marketing lead for M&A initiatives, ensuring seamless customer transitions and communications.

Product & Feature Strategy

Drive customer strategy for product changes and new feature launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Segment Marketing & Specialized Products

Support strategic segment engagement for specialized offerings such as Huntington Honors, Teen Banking, and Caregiver Banking.

Digital Engagement & Adoption

Accelerate digital adoption through targeted engagement strategies and frictionless experiences.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field. 10+ years’ experience in marketing required. Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, data-driven personalization, and omni-channel engagement. Strong grasp of regulatory requirements and risk management in a financial institution. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills. Passion for the customer and a relentless drive to improve their experience. Employment Details

Exempt Status : Yes = not eligible for overtime pay; No = eligible for overtime pay Workplace Type : Office with flexible work arrangements where applicable; remote options may be available with in-office days as needed Compensation Range : $125,000-$255,000 annually. Actual compensation varies by location, experience, and performance. Eligible for incentive plan in addition to base compensation. Additional Information
