Customer Engagement Marketing Director at Huntington National Bank. This role leads the Customer Engagement Marketing function, shaping and executing enterprise-wide strategies to deepen customer relationships, drive product adoption, and deliver compliant communications across all channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-obsessed, and experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities
Customer Lifecycle & Engagement: Lead onboarding journeys for consumer and business banking customers, driving primacy, direct deposit setup, and account funding. Develop and optimize retention strategies and benefit reinforcement programs to increase customer lifetime value. Customer Communications: Oversee all regulatory and legally required customer communications, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency. Partner with Legal, Risk, and Operations to maintain governance and auditability. Merger & Acquisition Marketing: Serve as the enterprise marketing lead for M&A initiatives, ensuring seamless customer transitions and communications. Product & Feature Strategy: Drive customer strategy for product changes and new feature launches, aligned with customer needs and business goals. Segment Marketing & Specialized Products: Support strategic segment engagement for offerings such as Huntington Honors, Teen Banking, and Caregiver Banking. Digital Engagement & Adoption: Accelerate digital adoption through targeted engagement strategies and frictionless experiences. Qualifications
Basic: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field. Experience: 10+ years in marketing. Preferred: Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, data-driven personalization, and omni-channel engagement. Regulatory & Risk: Strong grasp of regulatory requirements and risk management in a financial institution. Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills. Job Details

Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay). Compensation Range: $125,000 - $255,000 annually, plus applicable incentive compensation.
