EY . As a member of the On-site technical support team, you play a crucial role in keeping IT operations running smoothly and ensuring customers have the support they need to effectively utilize technology in their day-to-day work. Responsibilities
Audio Visual Responsibilities: Microsoft Surface Hubs configuration (display, audio, network); reset or reconfigure devices when necessary; Crestron diagnostics and resolution of network, audio, and video issues; Microsoft Teams Rooms connectivity, UI responsiveness, meeting controls, and proper display of meeting information; support for additional technologies (Condeco, Barco Click Share, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, AV equipment such as speakers, cameras, monitors, kiosks). Technical Responsibilities: provide support to all customers within coverage locations (on-site, client engagements, or off-site); troubleshoot PC, MAC, application, AV, and network issues; ServiceNow ticket management with SLA awareness; support for Microsoft Windows and MAC operating systems; working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office365); asset management from acquisition to disposal; printer support; event and meeting support; occasional travel to EY locations or client sites; remote hands support with network operations guidance; VIP/White Glove support; occasional after-hours support. Interpersonal Skills: outstanding customer service, excellent communication, strong teamwork, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and a desire to learn and build a career. Qualifications
2+ years of on-site technical support experience, or degree in a related discipline. What We Offer
