What This Role Will Do Corporate Strategic Initiatives & Operations (≈50% of time) Conduct market sizing and build financial models to evaluate growth opportunities Perform data analysis and modeling to identify key business trends and inform decision-making Artist Nation Management Group (≈50% of time) Support ongoing operational, reporting, and governance needs for ANMG and individual artist management groups. Provide analytical and project support to both the Director and CSO on ANMG business development and M&A efforts, including valuation, due diligence, and preparation of materials for negotiations and governance Develop executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders Work directly with the team’s leadership (from Directors to the Chief Strategy Officer) on key strategic initiatives What This Person Will Bring / Qualifications

BA/BS degree required 2-3 years of post-undergraduate experience, ideally from management consulting, corporate strategy, and/or investment banking Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including: Market sizing (e.g., estimating total addressable market) Data analysis & modeling (e.g., cohort analysis, benchmarking analysis) Financial modeling, including building and analyzing P&Ls (e.g., scenario/sensitivity analysis) Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create executive-level presentations Experience in M&A or negotiation is a plus, but not required Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for music and live entertainment The ability to be in-person at our Beverly Hills office Benefits & Perks
