Summary As a Warehouse Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the operations and management of a warehouse within a specific branch location. Your role involves ensuring the efficient handling and storage of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating the movement of products in and out of the warehouse. Your key responsibilities include managing a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. You will be responsible for delegating tasks, setting performance targets, and ensuring that all warehouse operations are carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures. In addition to managing the workforce, you will be responsible for inventory management, which includes tracking stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and implementing processes to minimize discrepancies and stockouts. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and logistics, to forecast inventory needs and ensure timely product availability. As a Warehouse Manager, You will identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, streamline processes, and maximize efficiency. You will also ensure that the warehouse is properly maintained and organized, with optimal utilization of space and equipment.
