Pay: $27 to $30 per hour
Are you a detail-driven organizer who thrives in fast-paced environments? Join our team as a
Project Coordinator
supporting operations and logistics across dynamic, cross-functional projects. What You’ll Do Be the go-to person for contractor onboarding/offboarding logistics. Schedule interviews across multiple hiring managers and teams. Support vendor contract documentation and workshop logistics. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and meeting coordination. Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and track progress. Finalize presentation materials and maintain shared folders with version control. Compile feature status summaries for executive reporting. What We’re Looking For BA/BS in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience supporting corporate executives. Background in tech, consulting, financial services, or similar. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, Teams, and SharePoint. High attention to detail and commitment to deadlines. Benefit offerings:
