You thrive in change management, are highly collaborative, and can balance multiple priorities while supporting HR teams who are juggling this project alongside their regular responsibilities. You understand the stakes of a major implementation and are committed to building trust and ensuring project success. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation project from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget. Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud HCM applications, guiding HR teams through design decisions and process transformation. Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; drive resolution and completion. Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders and leadership. Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented team environment and support change management efforts. Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience managing Oracle HCM or similar HRIS implementations (required). Demonstrated experience in project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and advocate for HR needs with technical teams. Familiarity with Oracle HCM modules, Oracle OIC, and best practices in HR systems implementation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Hybrid—primarily remote, but must be Bay Area local for occasional onsite meetings in San Francisco (especially at project start) Hours:

Full-time, regular business hours, Monday–Friday Pay Rate:
