As the Vice President of Business Strategy & Performance, you will be instrumental in shaping our future by driving the organization’s strategic priorities. In this role, you will oversee a team tasked with addressing the company’s most critical enterprise-wide and functional business challenges. Your work will involve uncovering new opportunities for growth, guiding and supporting potential mergers and acquisitions, pinpointing areas of competitive strength, and enhancing the organization's standing within the global sports landscape.

We are a sports tour start-up who are looking to re-energize a global sport enjoyed by millions ! We are committed to developing the sport at every level and exposing more people to the positive virtues of the game through its unique blend of intense competition and entertainment.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Collaborate with senior executives to identify both strategic and operational risks, as well as opportunities that can deliver short-term wins and long-term value.
Design, prioritize, align, and steer our enterprise-wide strategic roadmap, addressing the organization’s most pressing strategic challenges.
Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in partnership with League and Team leadership to advance strategic priorities.
Integrate and align functional strategies across the business to ensure cohesion, synergy, and lasting value creation.
Establish and embed company-wide processes and workflows to ensure strategies are defined, monitored, and executed in close coordination with Finance and other key functions.
Oversee the development of presentations and manage the effective delivery of engagements with the Board, investors, advisors, and major stakeholders within the sports industry.
Offer strategic insight and guidance to the executive leadership team, strategy leaders, and other relevant groups.
Build, mentor, and lead a team of strategy directors, managers, and analysts.
Over 10 years of experience in strategy development within global organizations or leading consulting firms.
Background in the sports industry strongly preferred.
Proven track record in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions.
Exceptional analytical and financial acumen, including expertise in business modeling.
Skilled at navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Adept at crafting impactful, persuasive presentations that communicate a clear narrative and influence decision-makers.
Experience collaborating with executives and leaders across all levels of an organization.
Visionary thinker with bold ideas and a curiosity-driven approach.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams.
