Annual Bonus Job Summary

The VP of Finance is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping Gabriel & Co.s financial strategy and ensuring long-term financial growth. This role provides forward-looking insights, leads financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and partners with leadership across the organization to drive profitable decision-making. The VP of Finance will oversee capital structure, funding strategies, and M&A activity, while ensuring alignment with the companys commercial and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the organizations financial strategy in alignment with long-term business goals. Executive Partnership: Advise the CEO, leadership team, and board on financial performance, risks, and growth opportunities. FP&A: Lead forecasting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, and performance measurement. Capital Management: Manage capital structure, banking relationships, and financing strategies. Mergers & Acquisitions: Drive financial analysis for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and integrations. Cost & Profitability: Identify and implement strategies for improving profitability and operational efficiency. Technology & Process Innovation: Partner with IT to implement financial tools, ERP upgrades, and automation strategies that enhance business intelligence. Global Finance Oversight: Provide strategic direction across U.S. and international finance operations (China, India, Thailand, Lebanon) Investor/External Relations: Support external communications regarding financial performance and corporate development.
