Base Salary: $80,000 to $105,000 based on experience, skills, and geography Bonus: Monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years — we’ll show you how during the first interview) Hybrid Role: Combination of in-person supervision support (in-home, school, and/or center-based) and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of in-home cases Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3–4 weeks, including clinical best practices, Central Reach usage, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments; weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed Education and Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives Some Benefits Highlights: 23 days off annually between holidays including 1 floating holiday and 15 days of PTO accruing from Day 1 Flexible Schedule: Work from home options with Mon–Fri availability; mornings/afternoons up to 6pm most nights, with one to two evenings per week until 8:30pm; no Saturday work unless you schedule make-up sessions Employment Terms: At-will employment with no contract or non-compete requirements Why Choose Us?

Lead by example and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure high fidelity in treatment plan implementation Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs, including parent education and ongoing problem solving Maintain calm, professional conduct in challenging situations and seek opportunities for growth Communicate proactively, take initiative, and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment What We’re Looking For

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB Active LBA Certification in Connecticut as issued by the Connecticut State Department of Public Health Criminal background check, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam (these will be paid for) Autism Learning Partners supports a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
