The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in all store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services and customer experience standards.
Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, staffing, and training to develop a high-performing team.
Control expenses and shrinkage; manage merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
Benefits
Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $15.25, dependent on qualifications and experience.
