The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, aiming for maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations to achieve sales targets and profitability. Develop and lead store staff to deliver excellent Guest Services. Minimum age requirement: 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical demands include standing/walking in excess of 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Benefits
