Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing large-scale commercial jobs and excels at schedule management, team coordination, and client communication. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of assigned commercial construction projects ($5M–$100M+).
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee contracts, budgets, schedules, and change management processes.
Direct and mentor project teams including assistant project managers and project engineers.
Work closely with superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial reporting.
Lead project meetings and regularly update stakeholders on progress and risks.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, local codes, and permitting.
Business Requirements and Knowledge of A/E/C industry
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
