Job Description
Clifford Chance US LLP seeks a full-time Client Compliance Coordinator based in Houston or Washington DC, reporting to the Client Compliance Manager. The role involves ensuring that legal billing practices comply with firm policies, industry standards, and client agreements. Responsibilities include reviewing client fee agreements, maintaining compliance databases, onboarding new clients, monitoring billing rules, liaising with legal and billing teams, assisting with invoices, generating reports, and supporting audits and reviews.
The salary range for this position is $82,000 - $92,000, commensurate with experience. Clifford Chance offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
Your Experience:
2-4 years of legal billing compliance experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
Proven ability to provide excellent client service and build rapport at all organizational levels
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands
Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Attention to detail and initiative in resolving issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e-billing software, and document management systems
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Legally authorized to work in the United States
