Warehouse Manager Medline Industries - Transportation & Operations – Perryville, MD Job Summary: Support the Director of Operations at the respective distribution center by directing warehouse activities and overseeing all aspects of daily production and order fulfillment. Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current. Lead and measure all daily processes to ensure order fulfillment and production are completed with excellence on a daily basis. Partnership with the Director of Operations to resolve daily challenges and ensure timely and accurate completion of order fulfillment for operations shipping 2,200 to 10,000 lines per day or 136K to 1.2M in revenue daily. Adhere to and manage transactions as the Certified Designated Representative (CDR) and ensure procedures and recordkeeping comply with applicable requirements, including State of Florida’s Pharmacy Practice Act where relevant. Human Capital Management: Support all local HR processes, including sourcing and staffing, performance management, compensation administration when necessary, training and development, and fostering a culture of positive employee relations. Expense Management: Oversee daily expenses to ensure financial resources are used efficiently. Prepare work orders for repairs and requisitions for equipment replacement. Scheduling, tracking and expediting freight to inter-company and external distributors. Resolve freight discrepancies with carriers. Inventory management: monitor processes to ensure product movement from trailer to racks to shipping. Responsible for Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). Sales Support: Assist local sales representatives and leadership to deliver outstanding customer service; respond to service failures and customer concerns; assist the Director of Operations in resolving customer complaints as registered through OSI. Safety and Hygiene: Monitor work team activities to ensure safe practices and proper housekeeping; provide guidance to the safety committee. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree. 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in personnel support and warehouse operations. Preferably 5 years of distribution center experience. Certification / Licensure: If applicable, Certified as a CDR by the State of Florida to ensure compliant operations and handling of pharmaceutical products. Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, active listening, ability to work in multi-cultural environments, strong presentation skills, high sense of urgency, personal energy, stamina, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. High integrity and the ability to navigate complex situations with multiple decision-makers. Experience in customer relations and positive employee relations. Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated salary range is $96,200.00 - $144,560.00 annually. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
