The Opportunity The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for a Dynamic and Detailed Coordinator to join its People & Culture (HR) team. The People & Culture Coordinator is one of the most important positions within the HR department as they are the first impression our new hires have of Four Seasons DC and the first person our employees see when they visit the HR office. Because of this, we are looking for someone who is naturally warm and welcoming, who gets a thrill from helping others but also understands the value of safeguarding their time. The People & Culture Coordinator will support the P&C Leadership team in all aspects, while also assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the department. This position will also be in charge of completing compliance tasks, such as audits and reporting.

1 years of HR experience (HR Admin or Coordinator Level): Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Or 1 years of Hotel/Resort operations experience, in a technical position. Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Must be flexible with their schedule — Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening/overnights if needed.
Compensation $29.85 per hour
Visa Requirements Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States. Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered.
