Your Impact The Lead Analyst-Marketplace Seller Management will lead internal and external research and benchmarking, review and analyze customer information and relevant data, conduct analysis, and guide the team in communicating insights and recommendations for assigned sellers for onboarding and ongoing performance management. The Lead Analyst will track, analyze, report, and lead key performance metrics to ensure activities meet strategic and financial objectives, addressing issues and opportunities promptly. This role involves creating action plans, delegating, and executing to improve performance. The Lead Analyst will also coach and develop less experienced analysts as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Manage digital onboarding and assortment strategies for 10-20 sellers, utilizing insights, competitive intelligence, and data-driven recommendations. Produce weekly insights and collaborate with partners across functions, including sellers, business development, and merchandising. Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and sellers to guide digital strategies. Lead or partner in creating strategic calendars for sellers, aligning with leadership and sharing with cross-functional teams. Drive technological enhancements to improve seller and customer experiences on lowes.com. Guide analysts in leveraging customer data, site behavior, and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities, leading data analysis when necessary. Lead multiple projects (6-10) to achieve goals, providing coaching and development for team members. Ensure seller standards are maintained in partnership with trust and safety and seller operations teams. Support tactical, in-season opportunities to respond to business trends. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 7 years of experience in e-commerce, omnichannel, merchandising/marketing, or brand management. Preferred Skills 3-5 years of marketplace experience. 2-3 years of experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
