Manager - IT Vendor Financial & Service Delivery Excellence

– Presbyterian Healthcare is hiring an IT leader to manage relationships with strategic infrastructure vendors and ensure seamless delivery of IT services. The Manager will serve as the liaison with key IT service providers (Service Desk, Infrastructure, Desktop Support, Print Services) and oversee vendor performance, service levels, and financial management. Drive outcomes across a multi-sourced, hybrid IT ecosystem. Partner with IT Governance, Contract Management, and Service Integration teams to improve end-to-end service delivery.

Full Time - Exempt; Days

Responsibilities

Strategy & Governance : Leads development and presentation of IT and operational solutions; manages communications and vendor processes aligned with enterprise governance.

Operations : Oversees vendor performance and contracts; collaborates with service owners to meet business goals and evaluate service agreements.

Workforce & Service Excellence : Supports staffing and skill development; mentors teams; ensures strategic vendors have resources for project success; tracks and reports service metrics.

Industry & Compliance : Builds expertise in IT service delivery and pricing models; ensures compliance with regulatory and security standards using best-practice frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related technical/business area plus 4 years of IT or business experience. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to analyze processes, identify contributors, work across organizational boundaries and prioritize actions

Ability to develop strong knowledge of the technology or service delivered by the vendor, its market, strategic plans and innovations, competitors, challenges and market trends

Compensation Maximum Offer for this position is up to

USD $77.92/Hr.

Minimum Offer

USD $49.76/Hr.
