This position is eligible for the annual performance bonus plan. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. Data Center Team

We build mission-critical data centers throughout the U.S. to ensure crucial information is available and secure. CEI provides design, installation and commissioning of data center space totaling over 4 GW of electrical systems, including infrastructure to support AI technologies. About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction projects and for leading a high-performing team. You will manage planning, execution, and financial performance of projects using practices aligned with our values: people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence. Manage and lead projects and project teams from qualification through estimate, pre-construction, mobilization, execution, and closeout. Ensure all project and contractual requirements are met and performed safely and professionally within budgets and timeframes. Establish project execution plans and provide scheduling and coordination for each project. Collaborate with the Superintendent and field team to meet schedules. Identify project risks and develop recovery action plans. Manage project financials, review invoices, track budget variance, job cost, productivity, and report on financial performance. Negotiate change orders. Act as primary contact with customers and end-user owners. Develop customer and subcontractor relationships. Source and qualify new opportunities. Develop and manage a high-performance team with mentorship and training for growth. Scope:

Receives assignments in the form of objectives and goals and provides direction to employees according to policies and guidance. Administers company policies affecting subordinates and may recommend changes. Management reviews work to measure objective achievement. Complexity:

Works on issues where analysis requires evaluating relevant factors and exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies. Discretion:

Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results can impact project schedules. About You

You possess dynamic leadership and management skills to influence outcomes. You have knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting methods for profitable electrical construction projects. Experience with union workforces, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining is preferred. You have a track record of leading teams and developing employees. What You Will Gain

Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, plus any required licenses or certifications, is qualifying. Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred. Licensure/Certifications:

None required. Experience:

Five (5) years of leadership experience in electrical construction or related activities managing multi-million-dollar projects, plus five (5) years managing people and electrical construction projects in commercial, utility, alternative energy, or data center markets. Driving Record:
