Moniting branch scheduling and ensuring pest tech routes are completed Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded Responding to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests Inspecting and evaluating the performance of Pest Technicians Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of pest control products Facilitating continual training of local sales and service teams What you need to be successful
An associate’s degree (a four year degree is highly desirable) Must possess a valid driver’s license from your state of residence 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required Willingness to relocate is desirable You can lead and motivate others Strong communications skills (written, verbal, presenting) Good problem solving and practical solution development Ability to build rapport with customers and employees Detail oriented and committed to safety Aptitude for basic/intermediate math for sales and service calculations Comfort working outside and in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) when necessary Why Terminix
