We are looking for a proven Store Manager to lead a team in a dynamic, collaborative environment where hard work is rewarded with growth opportunities. Responsibilities
Lead the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring the team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great, personalized solution for their hair and beauty needs. Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budget and expenses, grow sales, and control inventory. Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies. Maintain store appearance and readiness to reflect the brand’s standards. Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Self-starter with a drive to learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers. Must be 18 years or older.
