Store Manager Cosmoprof Beauty 9307 at CosmoProf Beauty. CosmoProf Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering an EPIC experience based on our four pillars of Education, Product, Inspiration and Community.

Responsibilities
Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and company policies.
Keep the store looking its best.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
Operational, financial and performance management experience.
Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
Self-starter with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Passion for all things hair and beauty!
