Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in driving digital product strategies and roadmaps across sales, marketing, commerce, and after-sales functions. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance brand presence, customer engagement, and overall business performance. The role requires strong experience in product management, business analysis, and marketing technologies, with a passion for delivering impactful user experiences in fast-paced, agile environments. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for brand, marketing, commerce, and after-sales teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including release engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support—to deliver digital products on time and within scope. Partner with business teams and leadership to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate product updates. Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features and enhancements. Prioritize product backlog items based on business impact, customer needs, and data-driven insights. Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through launch and optimization. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform product decisions. Analyze product performance metrics and user data to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and effective cross-team communication. Support QA and UAT processes including test planning, execution, and defect tracking to ensure successful product releases. Stay updated on marketing, e-commerce, and digital experience trends, best practices, and platform innovations. Required Skills And Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing domains with expertise in Product Management and Business Analysis. Hands-on experience with CMS and commerce platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset. Proven ability to interact effectively with business teams, leadership, and stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile, and team-oriented environment. Passion for brand, marketing, e-commerce, technology, and delivering exceptional user experiences. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks. Proficiency in JIRA for product and project management. Basic understanding of UX/UI principles. Experience working in marketing, e-commerce, after-sales, or digital/technology industries. Experience working in large enterprises or with brand teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
