The consumer, legislative, and regulatory environment surrounding ingredients has been evolving rapidly. Our new Portfolio Evolution team will help us navigate this changing landscape by assessing our current portfolio and defining the strategy and resources required across the Zone to deliver a full portfolio evolution. The Sr. Manager, Quality for this team will lead all aspects of brand quality of portfolio evolution across the Kraft Heinz portfolio. Lead quality starting across our brands in Portfolio Evolution (including Heinz, Kraft & beyond) Support brand strategy

on ingredient renovations. Collaborate on a cross-functional team

to commercialize new renovated items (marketing, procurement, operations with factory & capital implications, R&D on product/pack development, PMO on project timelines, Insights/Sensory on consumer testing, etc.) Monitor consumer sentiment

with marketing partners as it relates to ingredient evolution and help build cohesive claims strategy with regulatory. Support future ingredient quality strategy

on what ingredient choices we should be evolving across our portfolio with now/near/next strategy. Liaison with regulatory and government affairs

teams to stay closely connected with state and federal laws and regulations that could impact future strategy Key Skills

Master of Science in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field 5+ years of experience in quality or R&D 2+ years of commercialization experience at Kraft Heinz or in the CPG food industry Experience with quality systems/processes (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) Excellent communication skills (presentation, report writing, teaching/training) Strong collaborator, with ability to lead complex cross-functional workstreams Resilient in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments Self-starter who operates independently Strategic, big-picture thinker who can also execute with excellence Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving decisions with data-led stories Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent organization and project management skills Travel requirements up to 20% per year Total Rewards and Benefits

$118,400.00 - $148,000.00 Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary by geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Benefits:
