Overview
We are recruiting an Analytics Manager who is experienced and passionate about using analytics to help clients solve reputational and business challenges via effective communications campaigns. This role operationalizes client briefs into measurement research and translates findings into actionable insights that inform client communication strategies. The position works across brand, health, and corporate clients, including tech and public affairs. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading delivery of audience insights, earned and social listening, and other research projects. These projects will leverage AI-powered tools to scale insight discovery and produce high cadence client deliverables that integrate data from multiple streams. The role requires the ability to perform quick analyses to respond to new business and client crises. Responsibilities also include formalizing insights into slideware, performing data integrity checks, consolidating AI research best practices, and translating data findings into accessible insights for partners. Base pay
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Translate data into client-actionable insights about audiences, channels, and culture Develop and apply strategic measurement frameworks to uncover insights from data across earned, social, owned, and other media sources Partner with teams to service client research and analytics requests, design approaches, lead a team through earned and social media analyses, analyze data to inform strategic planning, and answer questions from internal and external stakeholders Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Develop measurement frameworks and enable reporting Align business goals to measurable KPIs for Earned and Influencer activations to enable learnings and recommendations through campaign reporting Utilize emerging tech to improve outputs and client outcomes; test and deploy AI-powered analytical tools to analyze client and publicly available data Maintain knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools and platforms, including syndicated research and social listening tools Lead teams and reinforce a culture of data + insights Manage teams and projects to deliver compelling analytics reports and insights that help clients understand trends and actionable implications Advocate for smart data analytics to inform data-driven decisions internally and externally Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise translating data and research into strategic insights and recommendations 5+ years of relevant full-time experience as an individual contributor and 2+ years managing direct reports Experience engaging with clients and internal teams within an agency or matrixed analytics team Experience in social listening, marketing analytics, digital analytics, multi-channel analyses, AI-powered analytics, campaign performance, real-world impact measurement, audience intelligence, and influencer measurement (highly preferred) Experience analyzing and synthesizing data from first-party and third-party sources Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Desire and capacity to own work streams, manage complex deadlines, nurture client relationships, collaborate with strategy and creative teams, and mentor junior analytics staff Location and employment type
