As part of the Capital Markets Product Team, enable financial products across Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Derivatives, M&A, and Tax Credit Finance platforms. Partner with business leaders to identify and enable new Capital Markets capabilities that drive incremental revenue growth. Collaborate with product management partners in loan originations and treasury management to deliver integrated client experiences. As part of the Product Management - Commercial Banking team, deliver products to support the strategy and operations for a Top 10 Commercial Bank. Craft strategies that enable tailored client solutions, build a world-class team of financial advisors, and support a market-leading operation for origination and management of loans, treasury, and capital markets products. Build "always on" technologies to increase profitability and empower associates. Reduce operational risks by strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes. Own the strategy and delivery of new products and features in partnership with technology teams and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design partners to deliver shared outcomes. Basic Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in Product Management. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with the expectation that the degree will be obtained by the start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field). A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products. 2+ years of experience in Agile product management. Other:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are listed below by location (salaries for part-time roles prorated): Charlotte, NC: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired in other locations will be paid the range for that location. The role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
