We are seeking a Grievance System Program Manager to join our team at the Home and Community Living Administration (HCLA) Office of the Assistant Secretary, Office of Compliance, Quality, Risk and Privacy. In this role you will be responsible to establish, monitor and implement the grievance process for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities within HCLA. This is Project Employment. The funding for this project is expected to last until July 2027. When the funding runs out, the position will be eliminated. Telework is an option for this opportunity. Responsibilities

Develop a framework to accept, respond, and resolve complaints and grievances Expand upon the current complaint process Research and gather information on best practices Consult with people with lived experience, community partners, and subject matter experts Use data to monitor compliance with policy Provide training and technical assistance to staff Manage the use of electronic systems for complaints Develop digital dashboards to monitor reports Understand and interpret HCLA policy and procedures Participate in statewide workgroups Qualifications

Who Should Apply

— Professionals with a bachelor’s degree in social work, health, social science, public administration, or a related field, and: Three years of professional experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities OR equivalent experience and/or education Additional Information
