The Traveling Superintendent - Hospitality Projects - East Coast will be responsible for: managing day-to-day on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations monitoring construction to ensure it adheres to plans coordinating the subcontractors, vendors and suppliers working closely with the project management team to develop and maintain construction schedules monitoring project budgets and expenses identifying and resolving issues traveling to construction projects throughout the US with a heavy focus on the east coast Profile / Qualifications
The Traveling Superintendent - Hospitality Projects - East Coast will have: at least 7+ years of experience in construction, hospitality/multifamily experience preferred at least 2 years as a Lead Superintendent running their own project excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Job Offer / Benefits
The Traveling Superintendent - Hospitality Projects - East Coast will receive: A competitive base salary up to $145,000 dependent on experience Project based bonus potential 401k plan EEO Statement
