About Our Client Our client is a General Contractor based out of Maryland, with additional offices in Florida and West Coast. They specialize in hospitality projects, partnering with major hotel and hospitality chains throughout the United States. These projects include hotel room, lobby, and amenity center renovations up to $50M. With a strong backlog of projects coming up, they are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join their team.

Job Description The Traveling Superintendent - Hospitality Projects - East Coast will be responsible for:

managing day-to-day on-site construction activities

ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations

monitoring construction to ensure it adheres to plans

coordinating the subcontractors, vendors and suppliers

working closely with the project management team to develop and maintain construction schedules

monitoring project budgets and expenses

identifying and resolving issues

traveling to construction projects throughout the US with a heavy focus on the east coast

The Successful Applicant The Traveling Superintendent - Hospitality Projects - East Coast will have:

at least 7+ years of experience in construction, hospitality/multifamily experience preferred

at least 2 years as a Lead Superintendent running their own project

excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

valid driver\'s license & clean driving record

relevant certifications

What\'s on Offer The Traveling Superintendent - Hospitality Projects - East Coast will receive:

A competitive base salary up to $145,000 dependent on experience

Daily per diem & paid travel expenses
