Overview
Ascom is seeking an accomplished
VP Professional Services
to lead North America Project Management, Software Implementation, and Clinical Services teams. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building operational excellence, and accelerating customer adoption of the Ascom Healthcare Platform. This individual will own the Professional Services P&L.
The ideal candidate is an operationally disciplined, process leader with deep healthcare IT experience, proven success leading enterprise software implementations, and the ability to build an outcomes-focused solution delivery organization.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Ascom Americas, you will:
Recruit, develop, and retain top Professional Services talent
Work with Ascom Academy to strengthen internal training programs and Partner enablement
Lead the Ascom Professional Services methodology aligned with a company culture of growth, compliance, and customer success
Support Ascom’s clinical partnership strategy and help bring innovative solutions to market
Collaborate with Sales to shape opportunities, win new business, and scope projects effectively
Manage team performance of Global KPIs – service margin, project margin, and resource utilization
Oversee implementations focused on customer outcomes, value confirmation, and project closure
Deliver projects on time, on budget, with clean transitions to Customer Support
Support Net Promoter Score initiative and represent “Voice of Customer” with Ascom leadership
Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts and strategic relationships
Drive operational excellence in ERP utilization, backlog management, and forecast accuracy
Deliver annual commitments for Revenue and Profitability
A Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field
An Operational leader with emphasis on revenue generation, project execution, and outcome delivery
At least 5 years Professional Services leadership within the Healthcare IT space
Expertise in systems integration and/or delivering enterprise-scale software solutions
An experienced people leader with a proven track-record of building high-performing teams
The ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements and strategic project delivery (~40%)
