Senior Product Manager - Workfront Implementation at Adobe. We are looking for a talented Product Manager who is passionate about improving marketing processes. This role will focus on Adobe's internal implementation of Workfront, Workfront Planning and beta products to support Adobe's Enterprise Marketing workflows and metadata needs. Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing operations experts and marketers to understand current processes for campaign and content development. Develop user workflow diagrams and identify opportunities for technical solutions to meet business needs. Apply a deep understanding of the Adobe Workfront platform, including Fusion and Planning, to optimize and automate marketing workflows. Work with Workfront admins to enable new product features on a monthly basis and coordinate with the Workfront product team on the upcoming roadmap. Contribute to the vision of connected systems and processes by working closely with engineering and product owners on beta products. Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Workfront in a sysadmin capacity. 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing operations, or a related technical role. Proven, detailed understanding of enterprise B2B marketing processes, including ABM and Omnichannel campaigns. Compensation and notices
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,000 -- $212,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
