The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA branded agency: $20,000 Marketing Reimbursement

Paid to Agency Owner $20,000 or more (you can qualify up to $10K per quarter) For the first 36 months – measured on a quarterly basis Starts in year 3 (month 25) Full ownership (Equity) of your book of business Strong Support Throughout the Process

The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members with careful candidate selection, interview processes, and agency location placement. We provide assistance on how to successfully launch and develop your agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year. You will receive a detailed deployment plan, comprehensive education (in-person and virtual training), and access to resources to grow and evolve your business, including staff recruitment, financial management, business planning, and a network of experienced EAs and other experts. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need adequate capital to deliver the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products to a well-defined client base. Agency Owner Requirements

Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred but not required: if you don’t have them, you must be willing to obtain at candidate’s expense Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance and guidance throughout this process) Learning & Development requirements: 4-week 100% virtual training/live instructor class AAA branded office – must be approved office space 75K investable capital – proof of funds available for investment into your own business (seasoned for 60 days) Background check (criminal history and credit/financial check) required 2 licensed staff Products include

AAA Membership – Auto, bicycle, RV, and motorcycle programs; access to trusted roadside assistance and member savings Property and casualty insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines. Access to brokered products from multiple carriers (varies by state) Life Insurance – Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities
