Overview
AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. Compensation is 100% incentive-based with competitive new-business and renewal commissions, plus bonus programs to support growth. Agency Launch Bonus
The Agency Launch bonus is $20,000, paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA-branded agency. Marketing Reimbursement
Marketing reimbursement up to $20,000 for the agency owner ($5,000 per quarter). First 36 months – measured quarterly; starts in year 3 (month 25). Strong Support Throughout the Process
The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. We provide assistance on candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. You’ll receive a detailed deployment plan to ensure AAA protocol and standards compliance, along with comprehensive education combining in-person and virtual training. You will benefit from resources to grow and evolve: hiring licensed staff, managing financials and cash flows, developing and updating a business plan, and access to a network of experienced EAs and business experts. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and must have or obtain capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a defined client base. Agency Owner Requirements
Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred but not required; if not licensed, you must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense Completion of the Business Plan / Cash Flow Analysis (AAA provides assistance) Training: 4-week 100% virtual live-instructor class AAA-branded office space must be approved 75K investable capital – proof of funds available for investment; seasoned for 60 days Background check including criminal history and credit/financial check 2 licensed staff Products
AAA Membership: auto, bicycle, RV, and motorcycle coverage; access to roadside assistance and member savings Property & Casualty Insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines; access to brokered products (state varies) Life Insurance: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities; AAA Life Insurance Company affiliation
