Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Owns a functional area related to provider engagement, including setting objectives and expectations for scope, including but not limited to strategy, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement Translates broader provider engagement goals and objectives into measurable deliverables/targets Drives performance and goal achievement for a small- to mid-sized team of direct reports Influences team, peers, and leaders in the department and cross-functionally Conveys findings to leadership in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights and communicating progress towards goals and results Balances a broad, strategic perspective while identifying and focusing on actionable insights Other duties as assigned Travel up to 15% as needed Education and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required 5+ years in value-based care strategy or provider network management experience preferred; management consulting experience is highly preferred Physician or provider engagement experience preferred Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills Demonstrated experience in people management Proficiency in Asana experience is highly preferred MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong preference for Denver-based candidates (office-oriented hybrid role, with three days required in-person per week) Approximately 15% travel may be required for partner meetings and industry events Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or attend events What We'll Provide
