This role involves developing and maintaining programs to enhance DaVita IKC's Annual Health Evaluation Program. Key Responsibilities

Support the creation and implementation of processes for comprehensive health evaluations. Design and scale new operational processes, including pilots for telehealth initiatives. Use hypothesis-driven approaches to identify and improve outreach, scheduling, and workflow efficiencies. Assist with performance reporting and communication for leadership and teams, including monthly and annual reports. Collaborate with clinical, financial, legal, compliance, and risk teams for program rollout. Communicate effectively with clinical and business stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 4 years in process engineering, management consulting, or related fields. Experience managing direct reports. Strong collaboration and change management skills. Excellent communication skills. Additional Skills

Ability to prioritize and evaluate workload and growth opportunities. Strategic thinking with execution focus. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Comfort with ambiguity.
