Manager, IKC Clinical Programs
DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) is the division of DaVita Inc. focused on providing integrated care for ESRD patients, a highly medically complex and vulnerable population. Our team of over 600 nurses, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, and professionals manages care for more than 20,000 patients with late-stage CKD and ESRD across the US each month. Our model aims to improve patient quality of life, outcomes, and reduce costs. This role involves developing and maintaining programs to enhance DaVita IKC's Annual Health Evaluation Program. Key Responsibilities
Support the creation and implementation of processes for comprehensive health evaluations. Design and scale new operational processes, including pilots for telehealth initiatives. Use hypothesis-driven approaches to identify and improve outreach, scheduling, and workflow efficiencies. Assist with performance reporting and communication for leadership and teams, including monthly and annual reports. Collaborate with clinical, financial, legal, compliance, and risk teams for program rollout. Communicate effectively with clinical and business stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 4 years in process engineering, management consulting, or related fields. Experience managing direct reports. Strong collaboration and change management skills. Excellent communication skills. Additional Skills
Ability to prioritize and evaluate workload and growth opportunities. Strategic thinking with execution focus. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Comfort with ambiguity. Strong analytical, strategic, and business acumen. Effective multi-project management skills. Understanding healthcare market complexities. Benefits
