Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a dental, medical, or professional customer-facing role preferred

Ability to travel between locations, if needed
Friendly and professional communication style
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
