MONTALBA ARCHITECTS is seeking an individual with 6-10 years of full-time experience working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles as a Technical Project Manager - assisting in the development of project documentation across design phases. Who Are We?

What qualities do you believe attribute to the success of a project and team? What We Need From You
Holds a B.Arch. or M.Arch., followed by 6-10 years experience in an architectural office. Demonstrates a thoughtful design process with an ability to work towards design-forward solutions. Has experience crafting and managing the development of high-level organized drawing sets for DD & CD phases, including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems. Has strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Revit is a plus. Can develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models. Experience with Enscape rendering is a plus. Experience with coordinating AIA 2030 Commitment efforts is a plus. What We Need From You (continued)
