Production Development Manager (F&I Trainer)

Finance Concepts, founded in 2000, has more than 200 Automotive Dealership Clients. Our company provides dealers with the leading finance Training programs and classes available in the automotive industry. We utilize an organized process concentrating on monthly, quarterly, and 1 on 1 coaching techniques that create high customer satisfaction and increased revenue. These selling processes and department profitability are tracked monthly and analyzed to create and capitalize on growth opportunities. Portfolio (Finance Concepts Parent Company) is one of the leading dealer reinsurance providers in the nation. Clients are our strongest advocates, and the retention rate is second to none. The Production Development Manager (PDM) on our Reinsurance Team is the lead representative for Finance Concepts at each dealership. We are looking for a PDM who wants to join the Growing Team at Finance Concepts and has long term employment in mind. Responsibilities include: Providing in dealer F&I meetings monthly to review Production Reports. Reviewing dealership F&I production vs goals. Individual training with F&I Managers to ensure product knowledge, compliance, customer satisfaction and results. Reviewing Ownership directive on products sold vs actual products sold. Joining Finance Concepts Team meeting to continually develop company processes, modules and objectives. Utilization of Salesforce as management and scheduling tool. Required Qualifications: Previous F&I Manager or Auto Industry Management Experience. Process Driven and Team Oriented. Willing and able to travel. Able to self-manage scheduling for efficiency and production. Able to build in dealership relationships with appropriate dealer personnel. Able to communicate effectively via phone and email. Able to work with team members on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Compensation Range:
