ABOUT THE JOB: Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. This is a full-time role that requires leadership, judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. You will oversee a store and ensure the team stays aligned with company policies and standards. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES: You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management and customer relations. You must set the example and enforce policy and procedures 100% of the time with your crew. Responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store image, standards adherence, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability. General duties for store team members, including: Operate equipment and stock from delivery to storage areas Prepare product and process orders Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete related paperwork Clean equipment and facility daily Training: Orientation and on-the-job training provided. Communication: Ability to comprehend and convey written instructions and communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders. Essential Skills: Basic arithmetic, correct monetary change, verbal/written/telephone communication, and computer entry for orders. Physical Considerations: Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds per item and up to 72" high storage), carrying, pushing, pulling, bending and reaching; occasional climbing. Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather, in-store temperatures from cool to hot, food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500+ degrees. Fast-paced environment subject to temperature changes and moving equipment. Sensing: Visual, depth perception, and ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces. Temperament: Ability to direct activities, work under stress, and interact with people. Driving requirements and driving-specific duties may apply for delivery-related tasks. Physical Demands
