When it comes to the customer experience – manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer receives a great experience with a custom-fit hair and beauty solution. Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and Company policies. Maintain an attractive store appearance and standards at all times. Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operational, financial and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Self-starter with the drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers. Must be 18 years of age or older.
