This two-year program develops the knowledge and skills to become the future engineering leaders for our various facilities within the organization. Overview
The TRP program is a two-year program with each engineering rotation lasting one year. First Year Assignment Location Opportunities: Pacific NW, Southern California, NY, PA, and Tulsa, OK. Must be willing to relocate for the 2nd year assignment. Duties & Responsibilities Assignments may include, but are not limited to, process control, process improvement, metallurgy, tooling and fixture design, production support, facilities maintenance, and maintaining quality systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university. A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher Clubs, organizations, or activity involvement Prior Internship or Co-Op in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Must be a US Person* Must be open to relocation Excellent communication and team building skills.
This development program is intended to prepare TRP graduates for a full-time Engineering position at one of the Airframe facilities. Upon graduation, successful candidates will be placed into a full-time role within the Airframe Segment. Relocation
Relocation is authorized for this position. Compensation and Benefits (informational)
Pay range: $75,000 USD. This role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2x the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance. Benefits include 120 hours paid time off per year, 10 paid holidays, and eligibility to enroll in the company's medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401(k) plan. Security Notice
